Aquatic Scapers Europe

ASE is an association founded by people interested in the art of planted aquariums. Carsten and Frank Logemann from ADA Germany, Oliver Knott the well-known German aquascaper and Tobias Coring founder of the German aquascaping community Flowgrow.de and owner of the aquascaping shop Aquasabi.de. With our passion and dedication to this hobby, we felt that the time is right to start an aquascaping contest, that has it's origins in Europe. We hope that many aquascaping enthusiasts participate in this event and help us to promote this fine hobby in Europe and around the world.

The Convention

A convention will be held at the end of May where the winners will be announced and decorated. We are looking forward to meet many other plant enthusiasts and aquascapers at that event. Besides the prize award show there will be aquascaping workshops and other interesting events.

Contest Prize

This international aquascaping contest consists of two competitions and therefore has two contest prize categories. One for the Main Competition and the other for the Nano Competition.
