Liebe Aquascaper,
heute müssen wir Euch leider mitteilen, dass wir uns entschlossen haben den ASE Contest nicht wieder zu veranstalten.
Die letzten drei Jahre haben sehr viel Spaß gemacht, aber auch eine Menge an zeitlichem und finanziellem Aufwand bedeutet, der sich leider nicht in wachsendem Interesse und Teilnehmerzahlen auswirkte.Wir möchten unsere Zeit und die finanziellen Mittel für andere Projekte nutzen, von denen die Aquascaper-Scene in Europa insgesamt mehr profitieren wird, wie z.B. das nächste Event 2012 im Januar in Hannover, zu dem wir Herrn Amano eingeladen haben und Ihr ihn vor Ort einmal live erleben könnt. Wir hoffen Ihr hattet viel Spaß beim ASE Contest und würden uns wünschen Eure Arbeiten in Zukunft z.B. bei IAPLC bewundern zu dürfen.

Dear fellow Aquascapers from around the world! The results of the ASE - International Aquascaping Contest 2011 are ready to be announced.
This year we have 83 tanks in the standard category and 51 tanks in the nano competition.
Thanks to all who participated at the contest. It was a pleasure to judge the tanks.

Nano Category:
1st Place - Hector Baca (Mexico) - Mountains Mystiques
2nd Place - Andreas Ruppert (Germany) - On the cliff

Due to the extended closing date we have to delay the results for the ASE 2011 contest by 5 days. Expect the final results at April the 20th. We are very sorry about this, but those extra 5 days are needed by the Jury to complete their work.

Aqua Design Amano Germany and Aquasabi are proud to present the next ASE - International Aquascaping Contest. ASE is offering prize money of 1800 Euro for the winners of this contest.
 
The Aquatic Scapers International Aquascaping Contest 2011 is starting at December the 1st. We hope that many of you will participate to show the world your best aquascapes. We from the Aquatic Scapers Europe Team wish you the best of luck.
Please see the updated entry guidelines. We only accept trimmed pictures of your tanks for the 2011 contest. Due to that please trim your pictures to the right dimensions that only the tank/aquascape is visible. Otherwise we have to disqualify the entry.
The results of the ASE International Aquascaping Contest 2011 will be published at April the 15th 2011.
