Dear fellow Aquascapers from around the world,
today we are sorry to announce that we've decided to discontinue the ASE Contest. The last three years had been a great time with lots of fun, but also with alot of time effort, expenses and work for this contest which have not contributed to more contest participants and interest in the contest like we expected. We do like to put our efforts and our money in other projects in which the European Aquascapers would gain more than from this contest like the Event in January 2012 in Hannover, where we invited Mr. Amano. You can see Mr. Amano live at the 28th of January. More informations regarding the visit of Mr. Amano in Hannover at www.ada-germany.de
We hope that you had as many fun as we did with this contest. Hopefully we can enjoy your future projects at the next IAPLC contest.

Dear fellow Aquascapers from around the world! The results of the ASE - International Aquascaping Contest 2011 are ready to be announced.
This year we have 83 tanks in the standard category and 51 tanks in the nano competition.
Thanks to all who participated at the contest. It was a pleasure to judge the tanks.
ASE - International Aquascaping Contest 2011 results:
Nano Category:
1st Place - Hector Baca (Mexico) - Mountains Mystiques
2nd Place - Andreas Ruppert (Germany) - On the cliff
3rd Place - Fabian Kussakawa (Brasil) - Beyond the limits
Standard Category:
1st Place - Ngo Truong Thinh (Viet Nam) - Come back
2nd Place - Wei Cheong Chung (Malaysia) - Frog Mountain

Due to the extended closing date we have to delay the results for the ASE 2011 contest by 5 days. Expect the final results at April the 20th. We are very sorry about this, but those extra 5 days are needed by the Jury to complete their work.

The closing date of the Aquatic Scapers 2011 Contest will be extended by 5 days due to some server problems in the past days. So you will be able to participate till the 20th of February.

Aqua Design Amano Germany and Aquasabi are proud to present the next ASE - International Aquascaping Contest. ASE is offering prize money of 1800 Euro for the winners of this contest.
 
The Aquatic Scapers International Aquascaping Contest 2011 is starting at December the 1st. We hope that many of you will participate to show the world your best aquascapes. We from the Aquatic Scapers Europe Team wish you the best of luck.
Please see the updated entry guidelines. We only accept trimmed pictures of your tanks for the 2011 contest. Due to that please trim your pictures to the right dimensions that only the tank/aquascape is visible. Otherwise we have to disqualify the entry.
The results of the ASE International Aquascaping Contest 2011 will be published at April the 15th 2011.
