Dear fellow Aquascapers from around the world! The results of the ASE - International Aquascaping Contest 2010 are ready to be announced.

This year we have 75 tanks in the standard category and 39 tanks in the nano competition. The participants came from Poland (2), Serbia (7), Bulgaria (2), China (9), Lithuania (3), Germany (16), Russia (1), Brazil (5), Ukraine (1), Italy (19), Indonesia (3), France (7), Spain (9), United States of America (1), Singapore (1), Malaysia (6), Netherlands (1), Bosnia and Herzegovina (1), Turkey (3), Mexico (4), Sweden (2), Portugal (2), Romania (1), Macedonia (1), Hungary (2), Philippines (1), Thailand (2) and Slovak Republic (1).

Thanks to all who participated at the contest. It was a pleasure to judge the tanks.

Nano Category:

1st Place - Manuel Recarey González (Spain) - Bosco

2nd Place - Bonetti Pascal (France) - Rainy season

Standard Category:

The Aquatic Scapers International Aquascaping Contest 2010 is starting. We hope that many of you will participate to show the world your best aquascapes. We from the Aquatic Scapers Europe Team wish you the best of luck.

Please remember the updated application guidelines. We like to publish your work first at this contest. For this reason your aquascape should not be published at the IAPLC or AGA Contests before. Local contests are no problem and sharing your tank with your aquascaping community is permitted too.

The results of the ASE International Aquascaping Contest 2010 will be published at April the 15th 2010.

Due to some time problems we had some disqualifications (Double entries with the AAC Contest). We do not think that any scaper did this on purpose. Thanks for all the entries and your great scapes. The disqualifications should ensure that at our contest next year only unique scapes are presented. We hope that everybody understands this circumstance.
